ASSISTANT MANAGER
Running of the day including opening and closing the bar.
Support the manager with operation of the bar and management of the team.
Drinks orders and stock room maintenance.
Table Service/bar/running food.
Cashing up.
Maintaining general cleanliness of the bar/restaurant.
Training team members.
Holiday cover for General Manager.
