ASSISTANT MANAGER
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, people-loving Assistant Manager to join our lively crew and help us keep the fiesta going!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping the bar running smoothly day-to-day (including opening & closing duties).
Supporting the Front of House Manager with all aspects of operations and team leadership.
Managing stock and drink orders — keeping the shelves full and the cocktails flowing.
Bar/table service.
Cashing up and keeping things shipshape behind the scenes.
Training, motivating, and supporting team members.
Taking the reins when the Front of House Manager is on holiday.
Highlights of the job:
£29,500 salary plus £4 - 4.50 extra per hour in tips.
No split shifts!
